On March 12, 2026, at the Innovatives event organized by Chambost Matériaux—a leading building materials distributor primarily operating in Isère and the Lyon metropolitan area—Vetedy was honored to receive the Innovation Award for its InfinYdeck invisible decking system.

The day was primarily devoted to acoustic innovations and technical solutions related to indoor comfort. Yet, even within this highly specialized context, our system managed to surprise and impress all the participants to such an extent that it led to the creation of an innovation award that was completely outside the event’s original theme.

And what an honor!
More than 80 craftsmen in attendance that day voted in favor of InfinYdeck, impressed by the system’s quick installation, ease of use, and long-lasting durability.

These qualities reflect more than 25 years of experience and innovation in the world of high-end wooden decking and siding. Receiving this award is a source of immense pride for our entire team. Beyond the award itself, it is above all a wonderful validation of the work we have done over the years to develop solutions that are increasingly smart, reliable, and easy to install on-site.

The cladding work began in the depths of winter 2021, with the work of the Solution Habitat company headed by Mr. Nicolas Meert (Thivencelle 59), an expert in Vetedy cladding installation for several years now. As a result, the wood had already been given a patina when the customers moved in, so that they could enjoy the magnificent contrasts between the grey padouk and the red brick. In the final phase, the pool decks were installed.
