Vetedy modernizes its visual identity

Vetedy designs durable and elegant decking and cladding systems, so it was only natural that our visual identity should evolve at the same pace as our solutions.

Since our inception, the orange “V” in our logo has been an instantly recognizable symbol. It originates from the name Vetedy, composed of the first two letters of the three founders’ first names—Véronique, Terry, and Dylan—and today embodies our values of reliability and innovation.

Why does our identity evolve?

A logo is never set in stone. Today, in keeping with our history, we have chosen to evolve it to bring it into line with the times.

Over the years, our world has expanded: new systems, new media, new contexts of use. It therefore became essential to evolve our visual identity so that it remains contemporary and consistent.

This evolution retains the founding elements—the iconic V, the orange accent, the graphic spirit—while refining, simplifying, and adapting them to current requirements.

The origin of the “V” symbol

Originally, the Vetedy logo was based on the very DNA of the company: an import-export business specializing in finished products made from exotic woods, manufactured in their countries of origin. The “V” illustrated our import-export activity, connecting the countries where exotic woods are manufactured to the markets where they are distributed.

An identity aligned with our media

This new branding is accompanied by a redesign of our technical and marketing documentation.

All of our materials have been redesigned to align with the new Vetedy logo, ensuring greater visual consistency and improved readability of information.

Our new logo becomes the common thread running through our content, optimizing understanding and appreciation of our terrace and facade systems.

This development marks a new stage for Vetedy. True to our values, our identity continues to support our customers over the long term, with the same commitment to consistency and sustainability.
